Description
Become a certified Seasons for Healing Companion. Seasons for Healing is a culturally informed small-group education program developed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults in understanding and navigating experiences of change, loss and grief.
Outcome
This face-to-face professional learning program equips participants with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to facilitate Seasons for Healing groups within their communities and organisations.
Delivered over two consecutive days by experienced MacKillop Seasons Cultural Trainers, the training combines guided learning, reflection and practical application in a supportive small-group environment.
By completing the training, participants will be prepared to deliver the Seasons for Healing program and support others through conversations about grief, loss, change and healing in culturally meaningful ways.
Training costs in a Companion manual and program journal(s), catering, GST.

Certification Requirements
To become a certified Seasons for Healing Companion, participants must:
• Attend the full two-day training program
• Complete the required pre-reading activities
• Complete the pre-training survey
Please note that certification cannot be provided for partial attendance. Full 2 day training attendance is required.
