Outcome
Grounded in a strengths-based approach, the Adult Program helps participants explore their experiences of change and loss, recognise personal strengths, and develop practical strategies to support wellbeing and resilience.
Companion Training provides the knowledge, skills and resources required to facilitate the Adult Program within community, health, education and workplace settings. Successful completion of the training also qualifies participants to deliver the three-hour Understanding Change, Loss and Grief Seminar.

Certification Requirements
To become a certified Adult Program Companion, participants must:
• Attend the full training program
• Complete the required pre-reading activities
• Complete the pre-training survey
Please note that certification cannot be provided for partial attendance. Full training attendance is required.
Before You Attend
It is an expectation that all participants will engage fully in the training. You must attend all training to receive your certification, partial attendance will not result in certification.

• A pre-training survey
• Information from your qualified Seasons Trainer to help you prepare
